Haley Long from Disney's American Dragon : Jake Long.

I once had a friend named Haelie (pronounced the same way as Haley's name), who unfortunately passed away from cancer a few years back, when she was only 12. In a way, this artwork goes out to her, and I'm hoping she has soared high and free to a better place.
